Hypertonic Saline / Welcome to Jan

Hello

to all and Welcome to Jan – I’ve recently joined the group

and have found it it be very reassuring that there are others with whom I can

share my experiences. And most of all, that there are people out there

who REALLY understand!

I found the information in the link below

while looking on the internet for information about the benefits of inhaling

saline. As you’ll see, it specifically discusses Cystic

Fibrosis. Though, the description of hypertonic vs. normal saline is very

clear, so I thought I’d pass it along. I plan to see my doctor soon

to see if this is right for me.

Also, this link is a bit old (November, 2005), but it

provides information on inhaling saline through the nebulizer. Many in

this group already know about this, but in case you’d like to read the

info, here it is.
