Guest guest
I was at the doctor yesterday because although I am normally a POC person, I was beginning to have burning frequently througout the day and burning with urination. she said I have a bacterial infection and very acid urine. So, on top of the burning from the infection, the splash of acidic urine was burning. She prescribe betadine vaginal suppositories for me. I went to three pharmacies and none of them have it. Two have never heard of it in the suppository form. Have any of you ever had this prescribed? Did you have trouble getting it? She also said I could take an over the counter product called prelief (I am not sure of the spelling there) which is essentially a baking soda tablet to reduce the acidity of my urine. I have never had this before. I would appreciate any feedback about obtaining this prescription! Thanks.
