I do know though that when my symptoms got worse on the citrate Dr. 's did retest my oxalate level (at no charge) to see if I should readjust the schedule of time that I was taking the citrate. Maybe if you wrote to him he would agree to test you again. It's worth asking, he might think it was an excellent idea!! I also agree that the diet isn't that bad at all! For those of us also on the I.C. diet the low oxalate diet is much less restricting and I think I would jump for joy if I only had to follow the low ox diet!!!!!! Of course neither one allows the best food in the world, CHOCOLATE!!!!!!!
