Guest guest Posted December 11, 2008 Report Share Posted December 11, 2008 and here are fears regarding this. she wont like me is this true? dont know how do you react this thought? fear, tensed, stressed, imagining the situation, trying to control it by predicting the possibilities and planing my behavior. who you likes and dont like, who's business is it? mine. who she likes and dont like, who's business? hers. who would you be without that thought? more secure, more at peace, id have an high self esteem, if she'd reject me or something i wouldn't feel the blame for it, if be more authentic and happy. T.A: she will like me could be as true. T.A: i wont like me and thats the main fear, to feel my own hard judgment. T.A: i wont like her which is the most probable of all.
