Dennis - Part of the reason it seems like you have a weak stream could be due to the fact that your bladder can't hold as much fluid right now. More pressure equals stronger stream. Part of your therapy should include letting your bladder fill up as much as possible before you purge it. This might mean standing beside (or on) the toilet until you can't stand it anymore and then letting it rip. I think if you continue to do this you will see good progress in your stream as well as your ability to hold your urine. It worked for me! Good luck!
