It's always a good idea to ask. Unfortunately, nephs are often so very

non-committal about answering those kinds of questions (we wouldn't need

groups like this one if they weren't so darned tight-lipped all the time). I

don't think cycling would make your blood pressure skyrocket. Nothing

aerobic would. As long as your doctor has given you the go-ahead for

exercise, if you can do it, you can do it. Good, healthy circulation is not

going to hurt your kidneys. Now, the camel back is probably a good idea too,

because one thing you do want to avoid is getting dehydrated.

Hi,

My fiance Haiko is at his best when he's skiing. He is not tired then. And

he likes to explore his limites. Much to my concern!! So exercise works out

well for him.
