Hello friends....

My name is Sandy and I'm from Long Island NY. I dabbled in The

Work about 6 years ago, went to a weekend intensive in NYC and then

kind of let it slip away. What I've found is that my life felt freer

and happier when I was focused on doing the Work and so I thought I'd

come back, get my feet wet and begin again. Thanks to all who

contribute here.
