Guest guest Posted November 24, 2008 Report Share Posted November 24, 2008 So, just sitting here, thinking about posting to this group - what is it that stops you, holds you back or worries you about posting to this group? These are probably things that can be inquired into - can be, don't have to be. Here's some possible beliefs I can think of: I'll get it wrong They won't like me They'll just tell me to do the work :-) I'm new (and I know less than the others here) I don't want to show that I'm a " bad person " I shouldn't post so much The work is for losers I don't want the group to know this about me I don't want a specific person in the group to know this about me They'll use it against me What about you, any beliefs / thoughts that come up?
