Danny surg.

I am not sure if my e-mails have gone through so I am going to write it one

more time.

A few of you know that I am writing for my neighbor and friend Danny. He was

diagnosed with Chiari about 3 weeks ago and he went to a Neuro. in Lakeland,

Fl...Dr. Greenburg and the Dr. listened to him and answered all the questions

that you all told me to have him ask and he has also performed ALOT of

surgeries of this type.......so Danny is VERY comfortable with him. The Dr.

told Danny that he is almost totally blocked and has a size of 15mm.......so

as many of you know this means surgery. I guess the Dr. was concerned enough

for Danny that he changed his vacation time for him. He will be having

surgery on monday.

I wanted to let you all know and I wanted to ask you all to pray for him. He

is very scared and he has called in his whole family to be here with him. I

truley think he feels that he is not going to make it through the surgery.

He has a wife and four small children. He went on friday and file a

will.......took out a loan to pay off all the bills so that his wife would

only have one bill to pay.........I would also like to ask you all to maybe

write him a letter of encouragement. I hope I am not asking too much, but I

don't know who else to ask for help!

I am fairly new to the group, and I don't know any of Danny's history, but I

do know he is very fortunate to have such a caring neighbor and friend.

Please send an address where to send a card. Assure him that he will be in

many prayers.

Trish -- why do you think he doesn't think he is going to make it through

the surgery?????
