Fasciculations was a new term for me, so I looked it up. I've had those, but

they're pretty gentle. If that's what's going on with my chest, it's on a pretty

grand scale. The gentler ones will pull one or both shoulder(s) forward and inch

or two, like a shrug. The worst of them are like Joe Cocker at Woodstock. Those

are usually accompanied by forearm itching and ringing in my ears, on what I

would refer to as " not a good day " .
