list, as I do not wish to clutter the list with this topic. If other

list members think my topic is important to them, I will collate any

responses I get to this question, and post it in a single listing.

We have just opened up the opportunity to add a clinician to my

facility. I have never in my experience screened or interviewed a

candidate. I was hoping for good questions I should know enough to ask,

and a good reference source (book, website, etc) where I can learn how

to do this better, such that I conduct the search in the best manner.
