Guest guest
I am new to this site and have found it to be very insightful. This is my first post. My father (56yrs old) lives in AZ and was diagnosed about 2 years ago and he has seen a few doctors so far. They all seem to be a little unfamiliar with CMT and most of them are confused by some of his symptoms. He has lost all feeling basically in his feet and legs and has the neuropathy, however he has excruciating pain 24/7 in his feet and legs. One of the docs said this is unusual and thinks it may be something totally unrelated to the CMT? Does anyone have someone they recommend in AZ that knows a lot about CMT and is this common for CMT that he is having this much pain whether he's on his feet or sitting down, it doesn't matter. I would appreciate any feedback. Thank you, Jocelyn McCarthy
