You're not getting the breathing problems. Your solution is the same as me

telling you to walk farther because your legs are weak because you do not

exercise enough. When your diaphragm quits working and you do cardio you're ripe

for congestive heart failure and not much more.

Diet, low impact exercise, and keeping your weight down count more when your

breathing capacity lowers. Strength exercises on the muscle groups that are

still working and monitoring your blood O2 level are important.
