Guest guest
I'll tell you honestly, they may have taken corrective measure for 1987, the problem would be that those corrective measures would have been to use bleach and clean it out. The problem with this is that bleach while it is effective, even if it was 99.999% could potentially leave mold spores behind and since they sodium hypochlorite is only 3-6% of the bleach solution when it disolves ther eis 94-97% water left on the surface. This means that the mold spores that are left are in perfect conditions to start rebuilding the colonies of toxic mold. If left untreated for an additional 10 years could account for the appearance that nothing was done previously.
Guest guest
Hi, . I read your story. Sorry to hear about that you have joined the group of millions of Americans who have been harmed by toxic mold. You are correct that it's all about the money. Here are some resources that might be helpful. 1. The first two have a lot of information and have contacts throughout the country. They might know of others who were in the same building. www.policyholdersofamerica.org www.mold-help.org 2. You could use this next link to try to find an attorney, but you should also ask the two organizations listed under item 1. http://injury.findlaw.com/toxic-mold/ 3. Here are some additional resources: The California mold remediation guidelines are one of the most current ones and it contains a lot of good references to articles about the health effects of toxic mold. http://www.library.ca.gov/crb/06/01/06-001.pdf Chapter 34 on Trichothecene Mycotoxins from a military textbook http://www.envirochex.com/Downloads/Chapter34_Military_Medicine.pdf Fungalbionics books (you can read some good excerpts at this website) http://www.fungalbionicbookseries.com/ Chapter 4 about toxins (another military textbook) http://www.rand.org/pubs/monograph_reports/MR1018.5/MR1018.5.chap4.html Environmental Health article about mycotoxins (from 1974) http://www.pubmedcentral.nih.gov/picrender.fcgi?artid=1475399 & blobtype=pdf ________________________________ From: davidgmcdougall <bosco4994@...> Sent: Friday, June 12, 2009 9:20:55 PM Subject: [] A new member's story http://docs. google.com/ View?id=dm4qd48_ 113fjdgrkgk
