Guest guest
The doctor is saying a drug and I cannot seem to find it. It is kind of funny, he says the drug and it sounds like playdough but I think he is saying Playdel. I am not sure what this is used for because he says it in the patient's med list, but I will give you the patient's health problem list and maybe you can figure it out from there. Thank you to whoever can help me. 1. Ongoing back problem for approximately 30 years with chronic back pain and referred pain to the legs. 2. Sleep apnea. 3. Chronic recurrent candidal infection secondary to underlying diabetes. 4. Insulin-dependent-diabetes with retinopathy and neuropathy. History of renal compromise, improved with oral hypoglycemic. 5. Peripheral vascular disease. 6. Atherosclerotic heart disease. 7. Coronary artery disease. 8. Status post coronary artery bypass graph x five 9. Status post femoropopliteal bypass of the lower extremities. 10. Status post cholecystectomy. 11. Hypertension. 12. GERD. 13. Obesity. __________________________________________________
