Treatment after leaving a moldy house

Hi all,

I am new here and I apologise if this has been asked many times before, I did a

few searches of the message archives and couldn't find similar posts.

Does anyone have a basic protocol to follow of what to do after moving out of a

moldy house? Would it be to follow the candida diet/protocol? I know what this

involves as my parents have candida issues, just wondering if there are

supplements that would be particularly useful for someone in this specific

situation.

I've been told years ago that I have a mold allergy, and I just lived in a large

2 storey house for 3 months that had faint dots all over some of the ceilings

(including my bedroom), and smelt quite musty throughout. When I inspected it I

didn't notice any of this, and had almost forgotten my mold issue. The carpets

were quite old as well. During that 3 months I went from being almost on top of

my Epstein Barr virus related chronic issues (for which I take many immune

building and other herbs and supplements), to being sick all the time again,

plus experiencing allergy symptoms.

I fled as soon as I could and I've been in my new home for 5 weeks now. Recovery

seems quite slow, if at all, as I am still getting sick just as often. Plus, the

new house was freshly painted after I inspected it!

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Regards,

ita
