Under question 3, I often find these questions helpful: - what do i fear will happen if I don't believe this thought? is this fear really true? - does this thought bring peace or stress into my life? - can i think of a stress-free reason to keep this thought? - can i think of a reason to drop this thought? And thanks for reminding me that rather than improving myself, de-proving my self is the way forward :-) One last thing - if you want to take this further, think about other people in your life that you don't accept as they are - either personally or general categories (rapists, racists, you name it).
