Guest guest
I have always understood that a normal amount of B6 is okay.
Guest guest
Tammy, Theragran-M has only 3 mg of B6. I took this for years. Also One-A-Day for Women has only 2 mg of B6. Have you checked with your doctor about multi-vitamins? Your needs and your daughters (depending on age) may be different, and may not necessarily need the same amount. Guest guest
Tammy: Well generic brands, such as CVS daily multiple for woman have only 2 mg of B6. That equals up to 100% daily value though. Marin
Guest guest
Gretchen, You are right about the varied needs of mothers and daughters. I am a former medical secretary and have found that many doctor's only know what the drug reps tell them. There are many good physicians but many just barely passing. I have seemed to bump into many in the 2nd category. My vote for favorite source of all things medicinal is a really good pharmacist or word of mouth from a specialized group of caring individuals just like this group. Thanks Tammy CMT1A
