I have been giving my children, ages 5 and 2 both have CMT, one packet

a day of Emergen-C for kids. The reason I started this is because it's

the easiest way to get them to take Vitamin C. It has 500mg (833%

recommended value for kids) of Vitamin C. It also has 100% value of

other vitamins including B6, I thought it would be safe because it is

only 2mg wich is 100% of their daily recommended value. Should I be

worried about the B6 in their supplement, even at this level?? Are there any

other vitamins I should be woried about giving them at 100% of daily value or

less???
