Guest guest
Hi Bonnie, I don't think it was me who recommended this product but I do take it daily and have never used it on food although this is a good thought. I do mix it with two tablespoons of Mangosteen (Costco $8.95 a bottle). My doctor told me it was an antimicrobial. After that I pour in this not so good and not so bad tasting detox concoction called Green Envy that has actually made me feel better. This one is $18.95 a bottle and I also take with two tablespoons. This clears any of the remaining CorvalenM. I don't like to drink a lot of juice because of the high sugar content. I have also mixed it with a healthy shake I make with my Vita-Mix. I put in such foods as bananas, carrots, tomatoes, celery, coconut oil, honey, berries, almond butter and apples. Both bottles last about a month. Sharon H. > I just received my first canister... and it says you can mix it with food of drinks... I was wondering if there is anything you would recommend mixing it over another. > > Bonnie >

Guest guest
Hi Barb, I do put all those things in there. You have to add a little water and ice or it will heat things up to a soup. I even put whole almonds in but it works better with almond butter. Sharon H. > > > >have also mixed it with a healthy shake I make with my Vita-Mix.
