Although I find very cold damp weather extremely painful too, I really dont seem to tolerate the pain as well when it's hot out. The cold has it's own set of troubles, like complete numbess in my toes and fingers. It's makes it nearly impossible to use my hands. But that's a whole other issue! I just wanted to confirm that hot weater indeed has an adverse affect on pain levels for me. My heart goes out to your daughter... Guest guest
Heat seems to make my inflammation worse. I like the temperature at about 60 degrees and will run cold water on my hands often My body temp is normally about 96.5 degrees and sleeping next to my partner feels uncomfortably hot. > > > My daughter seems to suffer more pain with not only > > changes of weather but also with extremes such as very > > cold or very hot. Guest guest
Satin sheets also keep you cool. My only complaint was that the ones I bought some years ago smelled like they were permeated with insecticide and no amount of washing would remove the smell, so I quite using them, but they were very comfy and cool. -- Ron > In a message dated 11/12/2001 1:07:58 PM Eastern Standard Time, > erinananda@h... writes: > > > > My body temp is normally about 96.5 degrees and sleeping next > > to my partner feels uncomfortably hot. > > > > > > Fred - I'm unbelievably hot sleeping next to my husband too. > > We keep a fan on all winter - not in the window, but on our > > dresser to circulate the air. Guest guest
--- My two cents: If you find that you are both losing too much sleep because of this then spend time together. Then sleep seperately. It does not mean you have marriage problems if you have to sleep apart. You can always " visit " each other. This is what my parents do because my dad snores too much and they find it makes their lives easier. Good luck to all. In @y..., " Ron S Dotson " <rkba@p...> wrote: > Satin sheets also keep you cool. Guest guest
Hi all, Thanks so much for all your responses about doctors! Elias... I will most likely be looking up your doc as they are closest!!!! Thanks so much!!! Did any of you gain weight with mold exposure? And, have you had success by being treated with the anti fungal meds in losing the weight.??? I gained about 40lbs and have been told by different people who also experienced mold that it is a by product of the mold in the body... have any of you heard this? and what do you think??? Thanks again, Vicki Booros

Guest guest
Yes, I gained weight and no matter what I didn't I couldn't get rid of it. I used Dr. Shoemaker's protocol, lost weight and feel SO much better. Check out the website _www.biotoxin.info_ (http://www.biotoxin.info) and try to read his book Mold Warriors You'll probably recognize so many of your symptoms!!
