Guest guest
Following Gretchen's advice, I went to the Italian website (via the link that worked fine for me) and filled out the " contact us " form that has a box for a message --Italian's not so different from English, let your mind crossreference similar looking/sounding words in English and it's not to hard to navigate. I asked how to get the book and within an hour got the following response: " Hello. The book is sent to those who make a donation of at least 32 euros (about 38 $) to the AICMT, the Italian CMT Association charity. To make a donation go to the AICMT webpage www.aicmt.org and find a pink square at the bottom of the right column. Write the amount (in euros €) and click on " " Effettua la donazione " (= make a donation) to enter a page where you can pay by credit card or, if you have an account, by Paypal. If this page were in Italian, please select your country " Stati Uniti " in the line " Paese " and the page will change into English language. Then send me an email with your name and complete address and I'll send you the book by mail. " That email address is: aicmt@... I went back to the website, made a donation by PayPal in about 2 minutes and sent him my address. So if anyone is interested, that's how to get it.
