Guest guest
Sharon's post reminds me to ask those who have used infrared saunas. My physical therapist is using a small infrared light on injuried area of my foot. It's a bright red intense light. I've read alot about infrared light recently and it says it can help skin conditions, something I have been battling for over a year now. The type thing he is using I could buy for a reasonable price, but it would only do a small area of skin at a time, and was wondering if getting a infrared sauna would put this light on a larger amount of skin. Does infrared saunas put out an intense red light on large area of skin? Is that how they warm you? Thanks
