Guest guest Posted January 11, 2008 Report Share Posted January 11, 2008 The very best pain management specialist who is one of the first drs. in Arkansas to get a specialty of pain management is Dr. Merritt in Searcy, AR. He will often drill you on the difference between addicton and medical dependence. He is great. You have to see him every 30 days. I live in NE Arkansas and make the 100 mile drive to see him. You have to sign the pain contract thing, and be open to drug testing, etc., which I never had. I now see a regular md near boro, AR who only gives me the patches.
