I worked at Downey Studios in June of 2002 on the DareDevil Production, and also

in November 2004 on The Island. I became ill while working at Downey Studios.

One Doctor by the name Melvin Belafsky stated in his report that I have short

term memory loss. Another Doctor by the name of Garb stated this in his

report " IMPRESSION: Rhinitis, Reactive Airway Dysfunction. This appears to be

related to airborne contaminants that were at the Downey Syudios. The patient

brought an air quality report for my review that found a number of molds. " I

also had a Blood Test done that shows that I have Aflatoxin Abs – IgG

Aflatoxins result is 2419 and is Flagged High, IgM Aflatoxins result is 2225 and

is Flagged High, Trichthecene Abs – IgM Trichothecene result is 2146 and is

Flagged High, Satratoxin Abs – IgG Satratoxins result is 2412 and is Flagged

High, IgM Satratoxins result is 1835 and is Flagged High, Thyroid Peroxidase

(TPO) Ab result is 1.29 and is

Flagged High, T- and B-Lymphocyte/ Nat Killer, Hypersensiti. Pneumonitis IgG

– Micropolyspora faeni result is 8 Flagged Alert, Stachybotrys Chartarum,

Interleukin- 2 (IL-2), ELISA, Homocyst (e) ine, Serum/Plasma – Homocyst (e)

ine, P/S result is 1.2.2 and is Flagged High, Fungus (Mycology) Culture.

Downey Studios is located at 12214 Lakewood Boulevard, Downey, California 90242,

formally known as NASA/Boeing Downey Site – Space Systems Facility.

NASA transferred it over to the City, the plant in Downey, that turned out, the

Apollo Space Craft, and parts of the Space Shuttle. The 160 acre site will be

the new home for a complex of movie sound studios, stores, a hospital, and a

museum, focusing on the sites role of air and space exploration, KPCC Adolfo

Guzman – , took a tour of the site.
