Guest guest
Hi Sandie Glad to hear that all is well. I can only image how scary that could be. I would say that we never have tornado's in California, but we did! Last Thursday late afternoon, just 12-15 miles from my home! Isn't the weird. The only damage was a over turned big rig and it derailed a few cars on a train. What is going on with our weather? The weekend before Memorial it was literally 100 degrees here and now it is like in the 60's which is very cold for us. At least very cold to wimpy me. We have a local legend here. The Orange Show is a fair that we have once a year. The legend goes that the site of the fair grounds is an old Indian burial grounds and there is a cure that goes with that. It is rain. It rains almost every year that the Orange Show is held. If it is held in February or August it rains. Well, the Orange Show started on Thursday when the tornado's hit. And it has been rain and cold all weekend. Which is not our usual here at all. Usually it is BBQ time and very warm. The kick off of Summer. So all of the local people are just laughing and saying " Well the Orange Show is here " Just a funny side note. But seriously, I am very glad that you are okay and am praying that Dann is fine too.
