Patient has a prostate nodule at the apex on the right. This needs to be

evaluated with transrectal ultrasound and needle biopsy of the prostate, but

he recently had pleural effusion and I do not want to manipulate him in such

a way to give him a (s/l) transbacteremia?????until that pleural effusion is

cleared.....

Thank you

Kris
