Guest guest
In follow-up to my message about the teenager who is paralyzed, the family would like to have more information about the effectiveness of IVIgs. I know some of you have used IVIgs. Do you know if they would help someone with paralysis? Does anyone know if Dr. Shoemaker has had success in treating someone who has been paralyzed by exposure to toxic mold? ----- Forwarded Message ---- From: <brianc8452@...> Sent: Wednesday, July 1, 2009 7:45:12 PM Subject: [] Paralysis caused by mold Has anyone ever heard of a progressive paralysis (non MS/demyelination) occurring in the presence of a mold or candida infection? Would this kind of thing always show up on MRI? Is the treatment for mold illnesses always IVIg's? If so, does everybody improve with IVIg's? Does everybody improve when they remove the source or leave the environment? This is for a 15-year old girl who is paralyzed, on a ventilator, and unable to speak. Thank you.
