Avoid, avoid, avoid. The 3 top things a MCS'er does to stay healthy. Fear does get " extended " to include other aspects of one's life. And it should not, in my opinion. It's hard to stop this extension unless one stays on top of it, realizes that it can happen. I am up for a discussion around this topic. I'm not sure I have captured Carl's intended emphasis, so we can discuss both, yes?
Guest guest
, Thanks for considering a discussion on fear. I agree with your mantra of " avoid. avoid. avoid. " But " avoid " is not the same as " fear. " Also, we can't avoid everything so how do we decide what to avoid and what to seek? Especially since what you must avoid is perhaps exactly what I need.
