Guest guest
I am completely blown away by all this flu prevention recommendations as if they were just invented. Washing hands, covering mouth when coughing/sneezing, staying home when sick...WHERE THE HELL WERE THE PARENTS? when kids were growing up to teach them this.? These are no-brainers.? I am sure even a chimp can be taught to cover their mouth when coughing/sneezing. Didn't teachersx in health class also teach this?? It was drilled into our heads all throughout k-12. Maybe even under the generic caption of COMMON COURTESY??????????????? [] OT: Egg allergy and other sensitvities and the flu vaccine People with egg allergy should be careful of flu vaccines, swine flu and regular flu vaccines: http://www.allergyuk.org/art_swineflu.aspx Here are some tips on avoiding the flu. http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/discussion/2009/08/20/DI20090820026\ 98.html
Guest guest
I was looking for link on egg allergy to share- first link in post. Second link came up because it mentioned egg in it, but thought perhaps there might be something in there worthwhile. I only read half of it. I guess there is only so much you can do to avoid. I think go into crowds less often. You can carry those wipes if you carry a purse and wipe off store carts, etc. It was pretty lame though. > > > I am completely blown away by all this flu prevention recommendations as if they were just invented. You're living a very privileged life. You have an education, where as 90% of the rest of the world does not. So, this reading material covers those teaching the poor. You're also privileged to live in a very dirty first world country that does not care about the health of the individual, anymore. Go figure.
