What's wrong with Fructose? Is it particularly bad for people with CMT?

I'm trying to get more Vitamin C in my diet. I used to take about 2000 mg of

vitamin c daily through a supplement, but I haven't gotten any more yet. I also

just heard about this fruit called acerola. It's a small cherry-type thing, but

apparently acerola juice has about 30 times the amount of vitamin c that orange

juice does! (wikipedia) I haven't found any acerola juice yet, but I'm hoping to

find some soon.

I'm also wondering, what is everyone's daily vitamin c intake?

About the health effects of Fructose

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fructose#Health_effects

I don't take " C " , mainly because I don't have CMT 1A and I get enough " C " in my

nutrition plan. For some good information on " C " , go to our Files on Ascorbic

Acid, also go back in the Archives to April 2004 and read about the research and

then read forward about amounts people started taking of Vit.C

From the research I've read, fructose, corn syrup, high fructose corn syrup and

a new one, crystaline fructose, are to be avoided like the plague.
