The patient underwent an EGD with biopsy on May 4, 2000, which revealed gastric s/l **veezor** and antritis. The patient is currently doing better on Surfak twice a day. #2. Degenerative disk disease, severe but better with a morphine pump. She has had decreased nausea, and she is off **ABHR **cream. She is using Phenergan suppositories on a q.6h. basis.
