Can anyone help?

By ECG, you mentioned some EKG changes that suggested ischemia, however

he

had no chest discomfort to suggest angina. s/l (SPECT) images,

specifically the s/l (Balsi interpretation) is a little bit confusing

to interpret, but he mentions an

inhomogenious pattern, suggesting ( is this a word?) thoracocoronary

disease. I doubt this interpretation.

Thank you

Sharon
