Guest guest
Dear All, My wish has come true...... 's Hopkins is doing an evaluation of what (if anything) worked and what did not work with regard to the WNV 1999 EVENT from a medical perspective. They are looking to put together a " BEST PRACTICES POLICY PAPER " together, and are looking for the public of NYC to give their INPUT. Apparently they have informed city council memebers to make the public aware of their inquiry. There toll free contact number is 1 866 275 8007, contact person is Felicity Northcott. I have informed her as to the many holes in the event including the restablishing of lab values, and she is looking for NYC resident input. I will be sending her my information and will be speaking with her again. They will be emailing me with specific information tommorrow, and will forward it to you, but some of the questions they are asking are: What did poeple want to know? What were the questions not being answered? Whether anyone was getting information and where was it coming from? What were the problems? What do you think needs to be in place? etc.....
