Guest guest
Imho you need to leave the home and not go back until the home has been completely remediated, if you are having symptoms. My personal experience is that the brain fog although it gets better never completely goes away, the memory loss for me is permanent. One thing I have tried and my daughter takes it for school as she was also affected is called Cytidine Choline, it really seems to help with the brain fog. Make sure you get it from a reputable company such as Cardiovascular Research, Thorne, Carlsson as the ones you find in GNC etc will have fillers and not be as effective. This was given to us by a doctor who treated us in a bio-detox clinic for 5 wks for our mold exposure. The strength we have is 250mg 2, 3x day. Hope this helps, again only my own personal experience, not medical advice! . Guest guest
have you tried taking lamisil anti fungal pills yet? they helped me recover. Elias From: indigoblueday <indigoblueday@...> Subject: [] Recovering from mold. How long before I can concentrate clearly if I move? Date: Saturday, August 8, 2009, 8:52 PM I believe I might have the brain fog associated with mold. I am attempting to study for a major exam. If I rent an apartment and leave the home, how long will it be before I can concentrate again. I feel that I may have lost some IQ points (temporarily, I pray) I have been living in this house for 10 years. I knew I had trouble concentrating. It started after I moved in. Also, is there anything else I can do to help myself? I'm currently on Strattera which seems to help. I am scheduled to take this MAJOR exam in six months. Guest guest
If you are out of the moldy environment and your still haveing alot of brain fog you need to consider that there are other things in your environment that are affecting you. perfunes, sented candles, mens colone, ect. many continue to have effects by smells brought home of kids cloths from school smells, husbands or wifes smell absorbed in their cloths from work. you have to do a lot of thinking about things that are affecting you still. it's not just about mold. > > have you tried taking lamisil anti fungal pills yet? they helped me recover. > Elias >
