My dad called for me and I am told Dr Shoemaker does accept Medicare, although I

got no more information as to how much it covers etc.

No loss but much gain. Like 40 pounds...

If anyone has seen Dr. Shoemaker, would you be able to share your experience?

I'm comparing several MD's for treatment from a mold exposure, I read " Mold

Warriors " .  Other than cholestyramine, is there something else he does or uses

in his treatment that would make him a better choice than other doctors I " m

looking into?

problems, I only  have enough $$ left for treatment with one doctor... want to

-limited funds need not keep you from getting a generic perscription for CSM

from your educated GP, and living outside for as long as it takes to

recover-this works for a lot of people- get a friend to let you put up a tent in

their yard , use their bathroom and kitchen. if you do not get better in 6

months, then think about spending money on a dr for further treatment.

did you gain the weight back? I gained my weight back in 2007...while

living here, so that is what is puzzling to me....i was on amoxicillin and

prometrium(a hormone) i maintained the weight until i got the ravenous appetite

back...and I havent been able to gain and maintain since then....recently has

gotten worse.

I assume you have to leave the home though to treat with him correct....meaning

you cant be living in a known moldy environment?

Mold made me gain weight! I am 100% sure it was the mold! Now after the mold, I

am slowly losing weight!
