Using the ball for knee/thigh/ab exercises

Hi Jackie,

In the pool, yes, I have the ball between my knees. I have a noodle float see

tight bungee cord to the end rings of the pool. Outstretched I place the ball

between my knees and squueze. Then bending my knees and pulling my lower body

upward, holding in my stomach as I let breath out, and then as I straighten out

my legs, taking another breath. And repeat for about 50-60 times. Ane yes, there

are times the ball gets away from me, telling me I'm slacking off, lol so I grab

it and start over.

Sure good news to hear how the doc visit went.
