Guest guest
, I'm pretty sure that anyone battling any kind of illness has a compromised immune system. I find that when I don't get enough restful sleep and I'm not eating right I start getting sick. Gretchen mentioned eating free range chicken and eggs, fish and organic fruits and veggies. It's more expensive but well worth it. We also need the omega-3's. You can get what you need from eggs and/or an ALA supplement and a heavy metal free fish oil supplement and/or fish. I take 5,000 iu's of vitamin D-3, 1,200 mg of calcium citrate, 600 mg of magnesium citrate and 90 mcg of vitamin k2. We also need grains. Kamut is a grain that looks kinda like brown rice. 1/4 cup of it has 6 grams of fiber and 5 grams of protein. It's also loaded with minerals and is cheap to buy and is organic. Beans are anther winner. They are my universal rug. We need to make sure we get our amino acids (which are a high class of proteins and organic). We need enzymes, coezyees, cataylists, peptides and all kinds of stuff our soil is lacking. I take bee pollen because it has everything in it the human body needs. I read on several web sites that 20 grams a day gets you your amino acids. I also take juice plus. It's fruit and veggies in capsules. My sisters friend sells it so That's how we know it's all organic and kids from ages 6 to 15 get it free if a parent is taking it. Check it out. _Click here: Juice Plus+, Juice Plus Official Homepage _ (https://www.juiceplus.com/nsa/pages/Welcome.soa) _www.childrenshealthstudy.com_ (http://www.childrenshealthstudy.com) My daughter and I have benefited from it. Good luck to you!
Guest guest
, I forgot to mention the juice plus does have a food label on the bottles. It is considered a food. It has 440% vitamin C, 150% vitamin E, 105% folate and 250% vitamin A in the caratene form so it can't hurt you. Also, Emergen-C has a joint formula with 1,000 mg of vitamin C as 7 mineral ascorbates and 417% vitamin B 12, which CMTers need and it has NO B 6. We need all the vitamin C we can get. I also take Alive whole food vitamin C powder made with organic fruits by Natures way and I eat lots of raw broccoli and cauliflower because they are loaded with vitamin C. Organic celery helps the perepherial nerves. It's better if you juice it. Something about the organic salt it has in it.
