zithromax is an antibiotic. They give me yeast problems. Especially in my

mouth. Thrush

Do you ever get the " swish and swallow " Nystatin after you go on an antibiotic.

I find it very helpful and you might go back to the doc and ask for it. It

doesn't taste too bad and it does a " mop up " after you finish the antibiotic.

I take acidophilus every day to stay ahead of the yeast. Every single day. It

is not expensive and saves a lot of aggravation.

I was given a Z-pack for something else that it knocked out, an infection, but

didn't do anything for my chronic fatigue issues. I didn't experience any side

affects. You only take it for a short time. I always take beneficial bacteria

when I take an antibiotic so that may have helped to keep side affects away.

i've used zithromax for bronchitis symptoms, etc.....it worked for me.
