Guest guest
Since this is an advertisement from this company, I thought I'd add the reminder that just because something is natural, doesn't mean it's therefore safe. This herb is toxic if taken internally unless significantly diluted. It's possible that it may be absorbed through the skin, especially if used repeatedly. Those pregnant should not use it at all. As always, it's best to discuss new remedies with your doctor before use.
Guest guest
Yes, , it is always good to proceed with caution on supplements, herbs, botanicals, vitamins, whatever. I have used Arnica tablets by mouth after gardening too long (OK, the timer goes off, but I can't stop, lol) I've also used Arnica Gel on my skin where the muscle ache is. One day at my orthopedist's office I mentioned to him I had used Arnica, he looked at me with surprize and said " you know about Arnica? " like this was some 'great revelation' lol I have used the Homeopathic Arnica not the Herbal Arnica. The tablets are so tiny, they go under the tongue and dissolve with saliva.
