I am not experienced at this, however it is my understanding everone is

different in that your detoxification pathway may be different from someone

else's due to blockage.  Whe you get to EI Dr he will be able to address this

particularly for you.   

We can give you our own personal experiences but cannot tell you what is best

for you because we are not qualified to do so.

Can someone tell me how to detox my liver so I can try to take Grapefruit seed

extract? I am told that a mold toxic person is weak and can't detox but need to

know what to do then.

advises drinking lemon squeezed into a glass of water-hot or cold are both very

effective. Also saunas are very beneficial as the sweating allows the toxins to

leave your body. Something about regular sweating gets rid of some toxins but if

you sauna then the liver starts giving up its toxins too. Apparently my

daughter, who is an doctor but thinks energy work is a little crazy, says this

is actually pretty accurate.

There was a point in my illness where I couldn't drink plain water-my throat

just wouldn't allow me to swallow and the lemon water " fooled " it and helped me

alot.
