Guest guest
I was also stuck at a certain weight and when I did the antifungal diet (www.knowthecause.com) the 30 lbs I had gained just fell off. The big things that you don't eat are grains (any including corn), sugars (any - you can have stevia), most fruit (other than berries, avacado and grapefuit are ok), beans (any kind) and potatoes, peanuts and pistachios, anything fermented, dairy but I didn't pay much attention here as I developed dairy sensitivities. This is close to shoemakers diet, he says no grains except corn - i would not lose weight if I was eating corn, he says no root veggies, the low fungal lets you eat carrots but not potatoes... I don't recall him taking a position on fermented foods, but my body can no tolerate any of them so non-issue for me. So they are similar. I eat alot of meat as I need the protein to function well. I used original quinton water AFTER i had lost the weight - this is a very high mineral content product that is wonderful but expensive. Mezo sounds interesting....
