Guest guest
Dateline did leave out a couple of important points - http://www.ageofautism.com/2009/09/the-dateline-nbc-autism-vaccine-program-dr-wa\ kefield-shares-his-thoughts.html 1) Wakefield's work HAS BEEN DUPLICATED - several times over. 2) Wakefield didn't start the dispute over the safety of vaccines. I know many families who have autistic children that have been treated by him are doing much, much better because of his selfless work. The struggle of the families of vaccine injured children is so much like those of us in the mold struggle. For years people ignored them, blamed the victims, junk science proving they don't have a case, - they're fighting big pharma, vaccines are a multi-billion dollar industry. We're fighting big insurance co's. The parallels between the two struggles are amazing. > > Correction: show is concerning controversy surrounding vaccines in general: > > http://insidedateline.msnbc.msn.com/archive/2009/08/25/2044554.aspx > >
