I know of a Oriental Medicine Doctor locally who people swear

by. They say this woman has helped many cancer patients.

I am wondering if anyone has had luck with Chinese meds and herbs? This woman

has people drinking nasty tasting herbs that you cook and drink. I would really

like to go the natural route since presciptions have messed my body up so much.

Thanks

Ann

I had luck only briefly with Chinese herbs. I wouldn't bother unless the doctor

has worked successfully with with mold toxicity, CFS or any multi-system illness

.. The people you know who swear by this doctor, do any of them have your kind of

illness? I've been to several Chinese and Korean practitioners who have been

successful with cancer but couldn't help me in any long term way. As my Korean

practitioner said after months of no real success: the problem is that I have a

multi-system illness which is very different from cancer and many other

diseases.

I agree with Kris. I got very ill once using herbs. My doctor said it is very

possible they were moldy due to the way they are picked and dried. I do believe

though that many have great medicinal qualities. D

>I tried Chinese herbs once and they were so powerful I was " high " for the 2

weeks or so I was using them. Then I realized that I was not acting myself and

stopped.

I think because we are so sensitive and Chinese herbs are really SO powerful you

have to be careful when using them.

I had much more luck with Jin Shin Jitsu-energy work-saved my life.

Can you tell me some of the symptoms I would notice if they were moldy because I

went ahead and went to her and drank some of the tea/soup?

Thanks
