Very interesting, both my girls have auto immune issues, my 13yr old has

antibodies to her Thyroid and my 12 yr old has high auto immune markers

which haven't presented in MS. Lupus or a disease yet, unfortunately the

Doctors say it is only a matter of time. We were told that the auto immune

issues come from the bodies reaction to the mycotoxins invading your system

Is that right? Is there anything that can be done to prevent a disease from

occurring after the markers are there?? Thanks.

Everyone deals with this differently. I took a lot of naturopathic stuff and

Lamisil several times. It may have saved my life and I used milk thistle as a

clean up after the Lamisil. I don't smoke so that was never an issue and always

worked out. The fatigue put a rapid end to that. I have read where some people

take Epogen, which is given to AIDS patients and those who have bone marrow

failure.

My sense and research told me that there could be markers which would eventually

give me cancer, so I rested as much as possible because I believe as one of my

longtime doctors told me that the body has amazing restorative powers when you

allow it to rest and recover.

This is an amazing published breakthrough, but I am at a loss as to understand

how the chronic fatigue I developed with aspergillus fumigatus could have a

relationship to a virus. It is so multifaceted - this whole spectrum of

sicknesses which have a chronic fatigue as a component.

It can take years to get rid of chronic fatigue and everyone is different. Best

of luck with the children.

Probably the exposure to toxins, suppressing the immune system as it does, can

allow the growth of any number of pathogens or a mixture of diseases in same

person. One may take over then.

also known as HTLV-3 - a human leukemia virus. Many sick building syndrome

affected individuals suffer from chronic and very profound fatigue...I did for

several years. There is also said to be a relationship between mycotoxin

poisoning and leukemia/lymphoma and auto immune diseases, like lupus and MS.

You are second person to say that Lamisil helped you. Since Lamisil is made to

treat the Dermatophyte, it is surprising. The Dermatophyte is a fungus that

does not infect living tissue, just the dead top dermis. I could get Lamisil

for best price but figured it was unlikely to help me. Does it also kill or

prevent the growth of other fungus does anyone know. I find it curious. I

think you and also (or Sam)? said it was helpful.

If it is indeed viral then I wonder if Elderberry may be beneficial....

, very sorry to hear about your girls, yes unfortunately mold exposure for

reasons I do not understand, can trigger auto-immune disease. I got RA after the

last moldy apt I lived in, but never had the markers in the years before, when I

was recovering from the first chronic mold exposure. Strangely enough, I found

out the woman who had lived in the Apt before me had RA. I believe the best

treatment , and perhaps even a preventative for expression, is Low Dose

Naltrexone. If I miss one dose, my hands are painful. They start you on 3 mg, if

that dose not work, up to 4.5. It is not covered by insurance, but is only $20 a

month. Good luck
