Good Morning.......

I missed the segment with Dr. Graboys, but went to GMA website

and read a piece from his book.

If I could do what I want, I would get in the car and drive directly to

Louisville and spend everyday with my Mom.

If you want to understand how a person with parkinson's and DLB feels,

this article explains it thoroughly. Now, I have insight into how my

Mom felt and what she was tackling. She exhibited most all of the

symphoms that he described to a " T " . Although, she did not have strong

tremors, she was experiencing the same feelings.

The lost of diginity is enough to make anyone 'give-up.' I wish I had

known what I know now. Whew.......God bless my Mom.

It was on Good Morning America about 8:40 EST.

I saw it. They did call it LBD once. Mostly Parkinson and Dementia. He has

only been remarried 6 years, Jan, I thought of you. He was a widower.

She was almost 89 when she died in '02. No dx other than mine.

It was on about 8:40 our time up here in BC as well. I found it interesting

that one of the

comments on the website you supplied claims he is misdiagnosed and

probably

has untreated Lyme Disease.

This is what poor hearing does to a person. I missed a lot about Dr.

Graboys. Donna, said he did mention LBD. And I missed the WEB Site

sent.

My 2 cents worth is that I was disappointed that LBD was barely mentioned.
