Wow. That doesn't sound right. As far as I know, teachers have access to

students files but they cannot remove them from the office, cannot copy anything

from it. You might need to check the laws in WA state. In CA this violates

privacy laws.

If the nurse put that there is appears she is in direct violation of HIPPA.  I

would ask her if she had ever heard of it.  I would bet the school must follow

HIPPA also.  I would be soo pissed off.
