Guest guest
HELP!! MODS -- could you please let this post quickly? Thank you. I was photographing the nasty air handler before it went to the dump, and got sick. I doubled up my CSM, but am still in what my doc likes to call, " acute phase mold illness reaction. " Before I go on, I had the genetics done, and I am a 7-2-53, and a 13-6-52A -- both susceptible to mold illness. I plan to do the following in the next few days, as planned with my doctor. 1. Meyer's IV vites with other stuff added. - at one doc's office 2. Follow that quickly, perhaps immediately, with hyperbarics, at a different doc's office. 3. Two sessions of acupuncture (to increase endorphins) within 3-5 days of each other -- at a different doc's office. 4. Continue CSM. Add in klonopin, prn, but not more often than every four days. Use herbs and or melatonin for sleep in between. 5. Consider adding in next week low dose naltrexone - less than 5 mg. 6. Take benedryl a little. 7. Avoid gluten/amylose. Anyone else done a LOT of stuff after a known mold exposure to reduce bad reaction?
Guest guest
You must get AWAY as quickly as possible to pure air. All that medication and treatment will do nothing if you stay in even a moderatly contaminated area. When my stand alone bathroom attic went ballistic in august, I had to literally be helped into my car-I drove 3 hrs up to the desert mountains, slept in the car, after 3 days I could eat again and my reactivity started to recede, after 5 days, the hits I was getting from things went away. Avoidence is the only way to get reactivity down. I have 8 years of repeated exposures to testify to this. > > HELP!! MODS -- could you please let this post quickly? Update: The air in my home is already improving. I stayed outside as much as I could, got fresh air, and avoided wheat and sugar, which I remembered I'd had that morning. Wheat, sugar, and mold exposure-- not a good combo. The filter fans are still running.
