My Apartment Building Testing Questions

Hi All,

Some one came today to test the apartments and I am very doubtful of it all.  I

have questions :

Can some one who does business in NJ do testing in Florida without a license ?

Is anyone familiar with a handheld spinning device to sample air? Looks like 2

tubues attached to one another.

While using a infrared camera to detect moisture what should the readings be

like? 

Using only these 2 technics can he assess there is no mold which is what he

wrote done on most the apartrments, (I peeked)

I know I have to get out asap, however saying it easier then actually monetarily

and physically doing it.  Thank you all in advance, any help with this would be

greatly appreciated.
