Hey there - I posted over a month ago about me having testing done by Dr. Cliff

Sheats. Well, I had the testing done, and it confirmed exactly what I was

feeling. I was experiencing extreme fatigue...I would take my 4 year old to

school, and return home to crawl back into bed. Not a good quality of life.

According to the tests that were done, I was nutritionally deficient, my

hormones were all out of sorts, and my amino acid levels were low. He said to me

" You are a walking hurt person " ...I had complete adrenal exhaustion.

So, he recommended that I take custom vitamins/minerals and amino acids that

were made to specifically fit what my body needed. He also recommended that I

take Fish Oil, CoQ10, Alpha Lipoic Acid, and L'Carnitine. He also put me on a

nutritionally balanced diet

to help me gain some weight.

Within a few days, I was feeling much better. Within a couple of weeks, I was

going all day without a nap, which was unheard of. I have a 4 year old and 21

mo., and I always needed naps! A month has passed, and I feel so much better. He

asked me when I spoke with him

if I was depressed, and I said " no " . He said that he was surprised because my

levels of Tryptophan were very low, which indicates a chemical imbalance in the

brain. I think I may have had a low level depression going on, because now I

feel very different, mentally. I am getting out more, wanting to do more things,

etc.

Last week, I ran out of my CoQ10, so I went almost 5 days without taking it. A

couple of days, I had the extreme fatigue return, and I literally spent all day

in bed. I called Dr. Sheats about it and told him that I hadn't taken the CoQ10

in a week, and he said that was

probably the culprit. I got back on it, and sure enough...my energy returned.

All of this to say, I would highly recommend taking CoQ10 if you are

experiencing fatigue. It is amazing how much it has helped me with my energy

level. I take chewable tablets...1, 300mg tablet each day.
